Job Title: CDS Trainee - MHMC Data Quality
Responsibilities
As a CDS Trainee, your main role involves conducting clinically-based, concurrent, and retrospective reviews of inpatient medical records at Montclair Hospital Medical Center. This is to ensure the documentation accurately reflects the quality of care and compliance with reimbursement requirements. You will collaborate closely with medical staff to enhance the quality of clinical documentation of patient care. Additional responsibilities include reviewing documentation for inpatient admission criteria and continuously documenting findings and reviews during patient stay.
