What You Will Do

As a Chapter Lead at Danske Bank, you will:

• Lead a team of skilled Data Engineers, fostering both their professional and personal growth.
• Collaborate with IT Tribe Leads, Solution Architects, and other Chapter Leads to ensure we attract, develop, and retain top talent.
• Manage your Chapter's needs in HR and technical competencies.
• Play a crucial role in a dedicated squad focusing on coding, solution design, and more.

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

• A supportive, technology-driven leader with substantial experience in IT and data engineering.
• Skilled in dimensional modeling in Data Warehousing, SSIS package development, and setting up data test processes.
• Proficient with SQL Server Management Studio, API-based integration, PowerShell, Python, and .NET/C#.
• A team player with excellent stakeholder management abilities and agile methodology experience.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
