About the Role
The HR Strategy Department is seeking a Chargé de Projet Reporting/Business Intelligence/SIRH (H/F) to join our Information System & Reporting Team in Paris-La Défense. This full-time position encompasses a variety of responsibilities within the scope of France, Maghreb, and Francophone Africa:
- Defining specifications (understanding and qualifying business needs), prototyping, testing, and managing HR and social reporting tools (dashboards).
- Ensuring the efficiency, functionality, and quality of SIRH reporting.
- Maintaining and supporting existing and future reporting operations.
- Assisting HR teams daily with management tools, demonstrating curiosity and educational skills.
- Proposing, defining, and streamlining necessary HR indicators for our operational teams.
- Validating the feasibility of each indicator and prioritizing automation for data production.
- Driving proposals to optimize KPI visualization and data reliability.
- Showing a keen interest in broader SIRH/BI projects.
- Engaging in the data warehouse supply chain for HR (development and technical-functional maintenance).
Who You Are
You are ideally a male/female with an Engineering or Computer Science degree, or specialized in Information Systems/Business Intelligence, boasting at least 4 years of professional experience in data analysis, reporting setup, or Business Management Office in SIRH/BI with both technical and HR functional skills.
Your qualities include:
- Strong work capacity, adaptability, pragmatism, and interpersonal skills.
- Dynamic nature with a strong listening ability, understanding of business needs, and capability to synthesize in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Rigor, team-working abilities, and a keen sense of synthesis to become a privileged Reporting contact for HR operational teams.
- Project and technical skills in project management, Business Object, Data Viz (PowerBI), and data analysis (SQL).
- Fluency in spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate with international stakeholders.
