Essential Details About the Position:

Core Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Proficiency in languages like Python, TypeScript, Java, or similar
• Experience with web frameworks and RESTful API development
• Minimum 2 years in conversational AI systems or completion of 2 real customer projects
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and collaboration capabilities
• Understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Familiarity with chatbot frameworks and platforms
• Experience in chatbot analytics tools and reporting
• Knowledge in NLP (Natural Language Processing) and machine learning

Role Responsibilities:

• Design and develop robust, scalable chatbot solutions that provide engaging user experiences
• Architect chatbots on platforms like Kore.ai, IBM Watson, Google Dialogue Flow, Amazon Lex, and Microsoft Azure bot
• Optimize chatbot interactions through detailed conversation flows, intents, entities, and dialogs
• Integrate chatbots with external services to ensure seamless data connectivity and functionality
• Test and debug chatbots to maximize performance and user satisfaction
• Analyze chatbot performance and user feedback to make data-informed improvements
• Collaborate with various stakeholders and teams to gather requirements and define chatbot strategies
• Keep up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in conversational AI

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification or training in Kore.ai
• Hands-on experience with AI and cloud technologies
