Job Description

As a Chatbot Developer, you will be tasked with designing, developing, and implementing chatbots using Microsoft BOT Framework, Power Virtual Agent, Cognigy platform. Utilising a intimate understanding of our internal customers, you will create chatbots that meet their business needs. You will also be responsible for testing, deploying, and maintaining the chatbots to ensure their optimal performance.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop chatbots using leading Conversational AI platforms (Microsoft BOT Framework, Power Virtual Agent, Cognigy).
• Collaborate with internal departments and partners to gather requirements and create chatbot solutions.
• Complete assistance in Bot Development Life Cycle, from the initial customer meeting until GoLive.
• Test and deploy chatbots to ensure their optimal performance.
• Provide ongoing maintenance and support for chatbots.
• Work collaboratively with other developers and stakeholders.
• Assist departments in evaluating chatbot use case requests and technological fit.
• Stay current with the latest developments in chatbot trends and technologies.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 3+ years of chatbot development experience (conversational solution developer).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Power Virtual Agents or similar platforms, including creating chatbot flows, using entities, and integrating with external systems.
• Knowledge of MS Bot Framework, MS Bot Composer, Azure Cognitive Services, Docker Container, Azure DevOps.
• Experience with programming languages such as C#, Python, HTML5 or JavaScript.
• Experience with web and cloud technologies, like for example HTTP(S), REST.
• Interest in (Conversational) AI, ChatGPT, artificial programming companions.
