As a Chief AI Engineer, you will lead a dynamic engineering team in designing, developing, and delivering advanced software engineering frameworks and toolkits for enterprise AI solutions. You will provide senior-level engineering expertise and mentorship to mid-to-large sized teams, ensuring software engineering designs meet high standards for quality and reusability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of services and capabilities. Act as a strategic advisor, aligning AI solutions with business needs, creating innovative approaches to client requirements, and building collaborative relationships with clients and partners. Offer technical and project management support for large-scale data, analytics, and AI capabilities while interacting with senior leadership to manage scope, schedule, milestones, risks, and quality delivery of capabilities, services, and deliverables.

The salary range for this position is $139,400.00 to $259,000.00 annually. This estimate represents a typical salary range for this role and is one component of our total compensation package.
