We celebrate our employees in various ways, including through our "Circle of Awesomeness" award ceremony and employee appreciation day, among others! We invest in our team's growth and development through continuous learning opportunities, mentorship initiatives, internal mobility, and substantial leadership interactions. We believe that nothing facilitates trust and collaboration more than having fun. Hence, we organize an annual Dodgeball for Charity event at Q2 Stadium in Austin, inviting other local businesses to participate, as well as the community organizations we support to collectively raise money and awareness.
