Collaborate with internal teams and firm-wide stakeholders including CDO, Control Management, Compliance, and Legal to shape consistent data management standards and practices. Job Responsibilities:

• Create governance materials for In-Business CDO Data Governance Forums
• Maintain Data Governance inventories, ensuring evergreen maintenance and completion
• Support the adoption and implementation of CIB Data Owner and CDO governance roles
• Produce and distribute MIS reports, including training metrics from HR sources
• Maintain CIB Data Governance documentation and periodically refresh them
• Track and ensure the completion of tasks across CIB CDO and sub-LOBs
• Develop presentations to communicate consistent messages to stakeholders, regulators, and clients
• Support the design and management of Data Governance dashboards using Tableau or Qlik
• Assist the global Data Governance team and provide LOB level support
• Partner with CIB CDO executives to deliver a top-tier data strategy
• Collaborate closely with AI/ML teams, AI Research, QR, Front Office, Business Managers, Operations, and Technology teams

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

• Proven ability to interact effectively with management and stakeholders
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills; proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of Tableau, Qlik, or Alteryx is advantageous
• Interest in emerging technologies and big data within financial services
• Excellent data analysis, data management, and problem-solving skills
• Strong business analysis skills
• Effective influencing and persuasion skills to build consensus
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Adaptability to a changing work environment
• Ability to meet aggressive targets and manage changes effectively
• Knowledge of banking and market businesses is a plus
