At JPMorgan Chase & Co., we are looking for a highly skilled professional to enhance our Chief Data Office by assuming the role of Data Quality - Data Management Associate. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in transforming our data quality management and will join our high-profile team to support one of the bank's most significant change programs.

Key Responsibilities:

The Data Quality - Data Management Associate will:

• Demonstrate an advanced understanding of data governance, data quality, and data lineage.
• Provide specialized data quality advisory services and manage high-profile data projects.
• Implement and uphold Data Quality practices across the Corporate and Investment Bank (CIB).
• Form and maintain strong collaborations with Business and Technology teams to propel data quality undertakings.
• Lead initiatives for root cause analysis and resolution of data quality issues.
• Facilitate discussions and technical solutions with technology teams to address data quality concerns.
• Evaluate and document data lineage and set up data profiling using leading DQ tools like Collibra and Informatica.
• Utilize tools like Alteryx and Tableau for substantial data analysis and insights.
• Provide leadership and oversee junior team members in various data initiatives.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

Ideal candidates will bring:

• Over 10 years of experience in Financial Services with a background in Data Quality, Data Lineage, or Business Analysis.
• Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to understand and communicate the big picture.
• Expertise in handling large datasets in Excel and adept at producing compelling presentations.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• The ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple priorities under pressure.
• A fundamental understanding of JPMorgan Chase's business operations and product offerings.

Preferred Qualifications:

Additional experience includes:

• Previous roles in the CIB and CDO/Data Quality functions.
• Proficiency in querying databases for data analysis.
• Experience with Alteryx, Tableau, SQL, Informatica, and Collibra tools.
