We are seeking a dedicated Applied AI ML Senior Associate to join our Chief Modeling organization. In this role, you will collaborate with the Chief Modeler’s team to develop next-generation models and techniques in Marketing, Finance, and Operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Utilize critical thinking skills and advanced statistical and mathematical analytics to solve complex, multi-faceted business challenges.
• Analyze data and business processes to generate deep insights, transforming them into actionable recommendations.
• Engage in the full modeling lifecycle, from defining objectives and key decision variables to designing methodologies, developing scalable model suites, and building statistical tests to evaluate and monitor performance.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor in statistical, optimization, and/or machine learning modeling disciplines.
• Collaborate across various teams, effectively communicating and presenting insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Foster a continuous learning mindset by sharing and acquiring new knowledge, ideas, and perspectives.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Advanced degree in Statistics, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Operations Research, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills to articulate analytical findings and influence key stakeholders.
• Experience in developing machine learning, optimization, and/or statistical models to solve real-world problems (e.g., Classification, Regression, Recommender Systems).
• Proficiency in SQL and at least one other programming language such as Python.
• Strong analytical, interpretive, and problem-solving abilities, with a proven track record of thinking outside the box.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

• Ph.D. in a relevant quantitative field, demonstrating expertise, decision-making ability, adaptability, and creativity.
• Familiarity with big-data environments such as Hadoop or Spark.
• Background or experience in Banking and Financial Services.
