Job Description

For our office in Milan, we are seeking a Data Strategy Lead who will manage a team of 8 people, leading the business & communication outcomes analysis.

Main objectives: measure the client’s communication strategy effectiveness to identify insights and actions, and optimize client’s media strategy.

The purpose of this role is to support business requirements’ analysis, develop insights from various data assets, lead the development of statistical models and contribute to the definition of strategic business decisions in different industries.

You will work in a youthful, dynamic environment, with cross-functional skills and a strong emphasis on teamwork, mutual collaboration and autonomy.

Key responsibilities:

  • Managing complex analysis using various tools and data analysis techniques;
  • Defining and reporting actionable insights;
  • Communicating complex quantitative analysis in a clear, concise, and actionable manner both internally and to clients;
  • Collaborating with different business units at various management levels to develop a strategy and execution plan that drives results;
  • Deeply understanding clients’ businesses: comprehending their challenges, objectives, external economic environment, and getting to know the business models of the clients;
  • Leading multiple projects simultaneously.

 

Qualifications

  • Degree in Business and Economics, Data Science or equivalent (Statistics, Math);
  • Specialization in Business Analytics;
  • Deep understanding of Marketing and Digital Media;
  • Problem-solving and Strategic thinking;

Knowledge of the following will be considered a bonus:

  • Visual analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI);
  • Marketing mix modelling;
  • Ability to work in a team and manage tight deadlines.
