Job Description: Role Summary

The Enterprise Master Data Management (EMDM) team at Experian plays a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing data systems that power our world-class business intelligence and reporting capabilities. As a Client Master Data Management Analyst, you will be instrumental in managing and supporting our global financial customer data within the Oracle Accounts Receivable module.

What You'll Bring

This role is essential in performing data maintenance activities critical for transforming data into actionable business insights. You will be at the heart of our efforts to harmonize and streamline Experian’s data ecosystem, ensuring data is accessible and reliable.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Ensuring integrity and quality of customer data entered into Oracle systems as per established standards and SLAs.
  • Driving improvements in data quality, and developing standardized documentation for data management processes.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to design and implement effective processes tailored to their needs, from conceptualization through to execution.
  • Identifying and resolving data quality issues, and devising strategies to prevent reoccurrence.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Required

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with CRM or financial systems, business intelligence, and data management tools is beneficial.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and flexible working hours to accommodate multiple time zones.

Qualifications

Candidates with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, including recent graduates or individuals with 0-1 years of data entry experience, are encouraged to apply.
