We have developed a year-long program for early-career Cardiac Sonographers who are interested in cutting-edge structural heart and valve therapy to gain experience across our case support, patient screening, clinical development, quality, and imaging development teams, leading to a fulfilling and breakthrough career at Edwards.

TMTT Clinical Academy Overview – Month 1
The Clinical Academy has developed a crucial onboarding educational program to prepare you for the job function assignments. This program will provide the foundational knowledge of our products and procedures, imaging techniques, clinical programs, and functional teams.
This impactful hands-on learning program will provide the support to ensure success as a Clinical Imaging Associate Specialist.
Edwards TMTT Clinical Imaging Academy: (14 weeks per rotation)
Patient Screening
Collaborate with a large team of Edwards sonographers as we work together to analyze TTEs and TEEs to help physicians make decisions about which patients should be allowed in our clinical mitral and tricuspid valve trials. Learn advanced CT imaging skills as we work extensively with cutting-edge imaging software to map out coronary and structural heart anatomy.
Case Support
Gain valuable experience working within our Case Support and Training team as we deliver our transformative Tricuspid and Mitral Therapies to patients. Partner with trainers as we train Physicians at our Clinical Sites on the use of our devices, with simulators and bench-top models. Work alongside our Clinical Imaging Specialists as they proctor cases from the echo side of the room, using advanced imaging techniques and 3D MPR to guide the procedure with TEE. This is the frontline for advancing our TMTT Portfolio through our clinical research!
Field travel nationwide up to 50%
Medical Affairs
Dive into the Clinical Development Team in early-stage product and procedural development, and work with Imaging Development partners to understand innovative imaging technology as it is used for our current and future TMTT Programs.
Quality Complaints Investigation
Work closely with Clinical Imagers to confront and solve clinical challenges as we treat patients and ensure the highest quality of our products and procedures.

For California, the base pay range for this position is $64,000 to $91,000 (highly experienced).
The pay for the successful candidate will depend on various factors (e.g., qualifications, education, prior experience).
