Detailed Role Description:

- Manage the full lifecycle of software solution development including evaluation, identification, development, and implementation.
- Document and define application designs and modifications.
- Solve critical challenges involving software and hardware interfaces.
- Resolve system failures and streamline performance within new and existing software programs.
- Design and implement real-time and batch system interfaces and data enrichment pipelines in a cloud-native ecosystem.
- Oversee the software development life cycle (SDLC) and deliver comprehensive technical support from solution analysis to design optimization, focusing on both technical excellence and business value.
- Address and troubleshoot production issues across all levels, ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Collaborate with IT leadership and business stakeholders to innovate and design features for our cloud platforms.

Job Requirements:

Experience:
- A minimum of 7 years’ experience required, 8 - 10 years preferred, in a lead development role within cloud architecture and data management.

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is required; a master’s degree is preferred.

Skills/Requirements:
- Expertise in database management and SQL.
- Proven leadership in guiding small to mid-sized technical teams.
- Advanced knowledge in Azure Data Factory and Databricks.
- Proficient in Azure DevOps, Github, and continuous integration systems.
- Strong background in cloud relational databases, particularly Azure Synapse and Azure SQL.
- Experience with ML pipeline development and deployment; knowledge of MLOps tools like MLflow, Kubeflow, or Airflow is a plus.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies, NoSQL databases, and handling various data types.
- Knowledge in programming with Python, DAX, or developing with Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and IoT technologies is beneficial.
- Exceptional multitasking skills and the ability to reprioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
