Role Overview:

As a Cloud Data Engineer, this role involves hands-on participation in the development of cloud-based infrastructures that support vast data integration and engineering tasks. Our project aims to continually advance our technological capabilities, thereby improving client solutions in a fast-paced, evolving landscape.

Responsibilities:

You will be tasked with:

• Designing and developing large-scale data ingestion solutions.
• Building robust data integrations across various platforms both on-premises and cloud-based.
• Implementing and managing cloud data lakes, ensuring optimal architecture and infrastructure.
• Engaging in all phases of project lifecycles from technical design to deployment and support.

Essential Skills:

We're looking for candidates who bring:

• Proven experience with AWS Cloud Data Engineering and Databricks.
• Advanced knowledge in Data Modeling, DB design, and cloud security measures in AWS/Azure.
• Proficiency in Oracle RDBMS, and coding in Python/Java/PLSQL.
• Experience with ETL job setup, performance tuning, and various automation tools such as GIT, Jenkins, and Autosys.

Preferred Skills:

Additional qualifications include:

• A solid understanding of CICD, DevOps, and familiarity with data governance tools like Collibra DIC and Collibra Data Quality.
