Join Our Team as a Commercial Planning and Business Intelligence Manager

Pernod Ricard is on the lookout for a seasoned Commercial Planning and Business Intelligence Manager to enhance our operations in the vibrant spirits industry. With a focus on strategic analysis and data-driven decision making, this role is pivotal in steering our commercial strategies in the Middle East region.

Key Responsibilities

Data Reporting:

• Collect, update, and analyze data from distributors and external sources.
• Develop and maintain formal reporting mechanisms.
• Facilitate data accessibility using various tools and platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address business needs.

Business Reporting:

• Generate comprehensive monthly reports for senior management.
• Monitor and report on local environmental factors impacting business operations.

Commercial Insight Development:

• Deliver strategic insights and recommend action plans aligned with market strategies.
• Enhance coordination between internal teams and external partners.

ME Central Drive Cycle and Budget Management:

• Lead the design of sales cycle calendars in key markets.
• Ensure seamless alignment with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Monitor distributor performance against targets and budgets.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in sales, preferably in the spirits industry or Middle East region.
• Strong analytical skills with a commercial orientation.
• Familiarity with brand marketing and consumer insights.
• Proficiency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Experience with Power BI is preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a dedication to professionalism and confidentiality.
