Role Overview

As the Community Lead at Enjins, your central undertaking will be to spearhead community engagement specifically within the Climate Tech sector. This role not only serves as the nexus in creating and nurturing our Climate Tech community but also supports our Sales & Marketing and Operations teams in enhancing our corporate influence and operational success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning and leading both online and offline events to broaden our AI and Climate Tech community.
• Developing strong partnerships with Dutch and German universities and enterprises.
• Crafting engaging marketing content that represents our brand identity.
• Organizing various external events across the Netherlands and Germany.
• Acting as a brand ambassador internally and externally.
• Enhancing our internal cultural community across both Berlin and Utrecht hubs.
• Managing a range of internal community events and engagement programs.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Proven experience in organizing B2B events and building online/offline communities.
• Proficient in both Dutch and English, with eligibility to work in the Netherlands.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Established network in the Climate Tech or AI sectors, particularly within academic environments.
• Strong passion for AI, Machine Learning, and Climate Tech.
• Exceptional skills in content creation, particularly within tech themes.
