Job Description: Compliance Data Specialist
As a Compliance Data Specialist, your primary role will involve collaborating with our customers to analyze extensive datasets (often exceeding 1 million rows) to ensure compliance with TCPA regulations. You will be instrumental in creating analysis playbooks for varied and unique scenarios to aid the success of our new product offerings. Reporting directly to the Compliance & Messaging Operations Manager, you will closely collaborate with our Legal, Sales, and Customer Onboarding teams.
This is a hybrid role based in Phoenix, AZ. Candidates must be within commuting distance to our Phoenix office.
Primary Duties
- Customer Collaboration: Work directly with customers to collect information, review and verify historical records, and present nuanced results clearly and effectively.
- Data Analysis: Employ SQL queries to merge data from multiple sources, analyze insights, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Project Management: Manage compliance audits from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and maintaining strong customer communication.
- Investigation: Investigate incidents of account abuse, spam, fraud, and phishing attempts, providing detailed reports and mitigation strategies.
- Playbook Development: Develop and maintain analysis playbooks for various compliance scenarios to ensure a consistent and accurate approach.
