Job Responsibilities

Work You'll Do

• Identify business demand to enable strategic alignment.
• Make clear, simple, and technically sound design decisions to optimize risk, compliance, and operational efficiency.
• Define project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders while ensuring technical feasibility.
• Analyze, develop, and execute IT internal audit programs to support IT Governance, IT General Control, Application Control, Cybersecurity, and new technologies/trends.
• Engage hands-on in solution implementation projects, IT audits, and IT consulting projects.
• Promote adoption of digital innovation and solutions to meet customer needs.

Requirements

Technical Skills

• Degree in IT or related fields.
• Understanding of IT operations, database systems, networking, IT security, application development, and service architecture.
• Knowledge of IT standards, regulation, and best practices for IT risk management and IT service management.
• Familiarity with automation (RPA), data analytics, and visualization tools.
• Proven track record of delivering quantifiable business value through projects.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Professional certificates like CISA, CISM, or CISSP are preferable.

Soft Skills

• Excellent interpersonal and intercultural communication skills.
• Ability to interact responsively and tactfully with staff at all levels.
• High achievement drive and strong teamwork skills.
• Strategic thinking and planning with a hands-on mentality.
• Strong communication skills in both Thai and English.

Experience by Level

• Senior Consultant / Assistant Manager Level: Minimum of 3 years working experience in the related field.
• Consultant Level: 1 - 3 years working experience in the related field.
• For males, a Certificate of Military Exemption is a must.
