The Role: Consultant – Data & Process Analytics

In this role, you will be an integral member of our agile project teams, working closely with customers to generate high-value use cases. You will:

• Perform data transformations and develop business cases
• Generate data-driven process insights and actionable strategies
• Implement cutting-edge features like Process Automation, Task Mining, and Machine Learning

The Work You’ll Do

Initiate:

• Play a key role in Celonis implementation projects to tackle customer pain points
• Design innovative analyses and execution apps enriched with Machine Learning and Task Mining
• Identify process inefficiencies and root causes in close collaboration with customers

Implement:

• Conduct value creation workshops and align measures to improve process inefficiencies
• Quantify the business and financial potential, presenting findings to management
• Implement Process Automation technology to enhance process speed and conformance

Adopt:

• Implement KPIs to measure customer success
• Enable customers to continuously improve processes
• Set the foundation for long-term customer success

The Qualifications You Need

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT-Consulting, Management Consulting, or Process Improvement
• Proficiency in data-related languages (SQL required; Python is a plus)
• Strong communication skills in Swedish/Danish and English
• Dedication and vision to drive Celonis Process Mining technology forward
• Excellent analytical skills and a quick learning ability
• A degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Economics, or a comparable field
