Job Description: Senior Consultant in Digital Transformation

We are seeking Senior Consultants with a minimum of 5 years of experience in management consulting who are motivated by high-value challenges and a dynamic company environment. Supported by our Managers, you will primarily assist CAC 40 companies and dynamic SMEs in their digital transformation projects, tackling areas such as change management, user experience, new work methodologies (Smartbuilding), Modern Management with a Zero Trust approach, and the implementation of GenAI tools like Microsoft Copilot.

Qualifications

Prospective candidates should hold a degree from a top business or engineering school, a management school, or a Master's degree from a university. You should have ventured into digital transformation themes, possess an entrepreneurial spirit, and be proactive, curious, and analytical with excellent verbal and written communication skills. A dash of ambition and creativity is a plus.
