Job Description: Contract Data Management Analyst

Role Summary:

As a Contract Data Management Analyst at Draper, you will help us fulfill on-time delivery of customer requirements crucial to our commitments. Your task will involve efficient management of data across Draper’s Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system, influencing project deliverables directly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team to organize, manage, and maintain the status of deliverable items.
  • Manage deliverable lifecycles from contract award to close-out, ensuring timely completion and adherence to metrics.
  • Develop strong interfaces with program managers and project teams to handle contract requirements and delivery issues.
  • Oversee the inputting, tracking, and transmitting of deliverable data across various contracts and schedules.
  • Recommend process enhancements and implement process streamlining strategies using business and PLM tools.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years’ industry experience, with at least 3 years in handling commercial and DoD contracts.
  • Strong competencies in Microsoft Office and other desktop applications.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be a US citizen capable of obtaining/maintaining a U.S. Secret security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Over 7 years’ industry experience, preferably with DoD contracts.
  • Comprehensive experience with business and PLM tools.
  • PMP certification.
  • Proven leadership capabilities and familiarity with tools like 3DX and COBRA.
