About the Role:

As a key member of our team, you'll be involved in:

• Advancing our Business Analytics solutions to ensure continuous operational and strategic management support.
• Participating in the design and implementation of comprehensive controlling and management concepts.
• Developing potentials for BI solutions in collaboration with departments and BI consultants, including drafting visualization suggestions.
• Leading internal projects aimed at optimizing and expanding the provision of information.
• Contributing to the design of operational business processes with a focus on the delivery of relevant management information.

What You Bring to Our Team:

Your qualifications include:

• A completed degree in Control Systems, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or Business Informatics.
• Solid professional experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong knowledge of BI, preferably with experience in SAP BW and CELONIS.
• Excellent SAP-ERP and MS Office skills.
• Preferably basic knowledge in Advanced Analytics.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills with a significant affinity for numbers, processes, and IT-related topics.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• Good proficiency in English.
