Job Description: Controlling Automation Data Expert

• Improve business processes through Advanced Data Analytics like Process Mining and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) within the BD/FC process & reporting scope.
• Collect and analyze data using cutting-edge methods such as AI, Predictive analytics, and Data & Process Mining to gain new insights.
• Identify automation potential, and pursue end-to-end process optimization and redesign accordingly.
• Investigate, analyze, create, design, develop, and implement RPA systems to maximize business process efficiency, utilizing tools such as Automation Anywhere and Catalytics.
• Collaborate with RPA and process experts across our global organization to explore solutions, adapt, and share best practices.
• Communicate, enable, and train user departments, ensuring visibility and assurance to key stakeholders on integrated automated activities.
• Develop technical Single Source of Truth (SSOT) solutions for the commercial reporting landscape, including improved tool interfaces.
• Document business requirements for automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Economics, Mathematics, Data Science, Business, or a similar field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the RPA environment, including process design and coding.
• Mandatory experience with RPA tools, Powershell, and ETL.
• Additional experience with SQL, VBA, and Python is advantageous.
• Proficient command of English.
• Strong analytical and programming skills.
• Enthusiasm for digital trends and innovations.
• Ability to consistently review and adapt approach and style to meet ever-changing requirements.
• Highly driven, autonomous, resilient, with a strong work ethic.
