Job Overview:

We are on the hunt for a passionate Conversational AI/Gen AI Chatbot Developer to enhance our HR Digital Assistant team. If you have a flair for web development and a solid background in Chatbot Development, Generative AI, LLMs RAG models, and REST APIs, we would love to meet you. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, and familiarity with web development frameworks such as React or Angular are essential. Candidates should also be adept with version control systems like Git and possess robust problem-solving and analytical capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop state-of-the-art conversational AI solutions using Cognigy platform, Generative AI LLMs, NLP, and ML techniques.
• Collaborate with clients to tailor conversational AI chatbot applications according to their requirements.
• Design and program REST APIs for seamless integration with existing HR IT systems.
• Utilize web development frameworks to create intuitive front-end interfaces for conversational AI applications.
• Maintain and manage code versions effectively using Git.
• Solve problems and debug during development to maintain quality standards across all project phases.
• Work alongside UX designers and software engineers to deliver successful projects and support maintenance operations.
• Design and manage knowledge data architecture and content for conversational AI applications using advanced programming techniques and vector search methodologies.
• Continuously enhance conversation flows and user interactions within applications.
• Apply prompt engineering to enhance AI/NLP effectiveness and precision.
• Analyze conversational data to refine AI chatbot responses and functionalities.
