Key Responsibilities

In this vital role, you will:

  • Develop COO Operational Data: Work with leaders to identify key metrics, KPIs, and risk indicators.
  • Executive Reporting: Create, facilitate, and iterate reporting on weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual cadences.
  • Stakeholder Management: Cultivate relationships to support reporting development and BAU processes.
  • Engagement with Corporate Functions: Align reports to the golden source of data, reducing manual adjustments.
  • Streamline Reporting: Identify opportunities for streamlined, efficient reporting across the organization.
  • Innovative Solutions: Integrate new tools and processes to enhance efficiency and dashboard engagement.
  • Thought Leadership: Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and thought leader in Business Intelligence reporting.

Education & Preferred Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience with data reporting tools like Tableau and PowerBI.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL, Python, and Database Design.
  • Advanced capabilities in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Excellent people leadership skills and executive presence.
  • Highly collaborative work style.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Sound judgment with regards to important matters.

Salary Range: $110,000 - $185,000 Annual
