About the Role: Service Hub Intern

Universal Robots, a leader in the collaborative robot ("cobot") space, is seeking talented individuals for the position of Service Hub Intern at our Querétaro facilities. Our unique approach sets us apart from traditional robot companies, and we aim to foster your skill development through a comprehensive mentoring process. Key Responsibilities:

• Creation of client visit reports.
• Developing solutions and proposals for events and demos.
• Ensuring the proper functioning of robotic equipment.
• Managing inventory control.
• Diagnosing and repairing robotic equipment as needed.
• Implementing quality standards and 5S methodologies during activities and processes.
• Collaborating in product demonstrations, tests, analysis, and providing technical support.
• Exceptional technical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Managing client inquiries or concerns through our portal.

Minimum Requirements:

• Active student in Mechatronics, Electromechanics, Robotics, or similar fields.
• At least six months of relevant experience.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Ability to read electrical diagrams.
• Proficiency in design tools like SolidWorks, Inventor, Catia, or similar.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as C, C++, and Python.
• Expected graduation no earlier than May 2024.

Preferred Requirements:

• Portuguese language proficiency.
• Knowledge of PLC programming.
• Optional insurance.
• Familiarity with Java.
