Job Position: Coordinador/a de Business Intelligence

What You'll Be Doing

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading a team of Senior Analysts.
• Providing analytical support for commercial proposals: campaign decks, analyzing new implementations, and making model adjustments.
• Analyzing changes to commercial models – simulations and impact evaluations.
• Managing statistical models to support segmented actions.
• Providing information support for business meetings and field business reviews (Quarterly Presentations).
• Ensuring data quality and integrity across systems (AIRS / Datalake / MAPS).
• Analyzing KPIs, Minimum Order, Service Rate, etc.
• Managing internal Tableau dashboards.
• Handling reporting of Competencies.
• Managing management dashboards, Avon Track, and commercial KPIs dashboards.
• Handling Excel and powerQuery (or Google counterpart) queries.

Requirements:

We are looking for professionals or students in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields. Additional requirements include:

• Intermediate proficiency in English.
• Experience handling data with knowledge in SQL, PYTHON, and/or Tableau (desirable).
• Advanced proficiency in Office tools, especially Excel (mandatory).
• Knowledge in AIRs (desirable).
