As part of the highly dynamic AI and Data team, you will drive major innovations and forward-thinking strategies. The team is involved in a series of groundbreaking AI and General AI projects, supported from ideation through to deployment by our comprehensive executive leadership. The role involves working closely with diverse experts, including product managers, data scientists, MLOps engineers, and many more, ensuring a collaborative approach to advanced model development.

Key Responsibilities

You will take a leadership role in building and maintaining advanced platforms to support the development and deployment of AI & Data solutions. Key tasks include:

  • Building and maintaining our industry-leading MLOps technical stack.
  • Supporting the creation and implementation of efficient, secure, and scalable CI/CD pipelines.
  • Implementing architectural solutions for both on-prem and cloud-based data/ML systems.
  • Enhancing integration and deployment processes in collaboration with IT stakeholders.
  • Acting as a platform expert to shape solution design and implementation.
  • Keeping pace with emerging MLOps technologies and continuously enhancing our systems.

Required Qualifications

  • Over 10 years of industry experience with at least 3 years in a leadership technical role.
  • In-depth knowledge of cloud environments (AWS), cloud-native tools, and Terraform.
  • Advanced skills in Docker, Kubernetes, and Airflow.
  • Expertise in CI/CD, DevSecOps best practices, and Git.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with RDBMS.
  • Proven experience in supporting both real-time and batch data processes.
  • Agile methodology expertise.
  • An advanced degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent practical experience. =config>

Preferred Expertise

  • Familiarity with ML frameworks like sklearn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
  • Experience with big data tools such as Hadoop, Redshift, and Snowflake.
  • Knowledge of architecture and production scaling/optimization.
  • Experience in the insurance industry.

Compensation and Benefits: The salary range for this position is $132,500 to $197,500, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package, including bonuses and the potential for additional earnings.
