Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Associate on the Credit Portfolio Metrics Reporting team, you will:

  • Lead data analysis and regularly report on credit portfolios to C-level executives and risk managers, establishing yourself as a subject matter expert.
  • Support key business management functions through high-volume and complex reporting and analytics, applying strict project management principles to satisfy management and ad-hoc requests.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders across various departments such as Risk, Banking, Finance, Product, and Technology to gather requirements, solicit feedback, and champion the progress of reporting products.
  • Deploy advanced data storytelling techniques to define, illustrate, and present actionable solutions and insights to top-tier executives.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Management.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Business Management or Reporting within the financial services industry, with a background in Credit Risk or Lending products.
  • Proven analytical and project management prowess, capable of managing multiple priorities and executing tasks promptly.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills paired with the ability to address executive-level ad-hoc requests efficiently.
  • Outstanding executive storytelling and presentation abilities, both written and verbal.
