You will be at the cutting edge of devising tailored industry solutions and cost cases for both straightforward and complex, long-term opportunities, demonstrating we meet our customers' necessities while helping them surmount their business challenges.

In this role, you will excel as you create inventive technical solutions that align with industry trends and surpass customer expectations. Your ability to collaborate seamlessly with internal stakeholders will enable you to gather necessary documents and technical insights to deliver compelling bid submissions. Not only will you define winning cost models for deals, but you will also guide these deals to profitability, ensuring the eventual success of both our customers and Kyndryl. You will play a crucial role in contract negotiations, up to the point of signature, and facilitate smooth engagement transition processes.

As the main source of engagement management and solution design within your technical domain, you will compile, refine, and take ownership of final solution documents. Your technical expertise will be highlighted as you present these documents in a professional and concise manner, showcasing your mastering of the subject. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of Kyndryl by standardizing our go-to-market pitches across various industries. Who You Are

Required Skills and Experience

•5 years of experience in IT service management, IT sourcing, or IT strategy
•Expertise with IT organizational models, IT governance, management and operating models and IT financing models
•Proven ability to design and build technical solutions based on customer requirements including understanding customer needs, analyzing complex problems, and proposing effective and scalable solutions
•Comprehensive understanding of various IT domains such as infrastructure management, cloud computing, networking, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems
•Excellent customer and presentation skills

Preferred Skills and Experience

•Experience in a consulting or advisory role, where you have given strategic guidance and solutions to customers, could be advantageous
•Understanding of designing architectures for cloud environments, hybrid infrastructure, and integrating various systems
•Experience in supporting sales efforts by collaborating with the sales team, preparing sales materials, participating in customer presentations, and contributing to proposal development
