About Assets Protection

Our Assets Protection (AP) teams are key to keeping our guests, team, and brand safe and secure. They lead during crisis events and protect profitable sales by mitigating shortage risks, investigating, and resolving theft and fraud cases, ensuring products are always available for our guests.

Your Role as Executive Team Leader-Assets Protection

As an Executive Team Leader-Assets Protection, each day will bring new challenges and responsibilities, including:

  • Driving total store sales and profitability
  • Ensuring a safe and secure store culture through physical security and safety processes
  • Managing crisis response and emergency preparedness
  • Identifying and mitigating shortage risks
  • Leading investigative and de-escalation trainings
  • Anticipating and addressing theft and shortage trends
  • Developing and coaching your team to elevate their skills
  • Creating and promoting a culture of safety and accountability
  • Providing exceptional guest service and shopping experiences

  • Ability to adapt to current technology needs

Additional Requirements

We expect our team members to:

  • Access all areas of the building to respond to guest or team member issues
  • Apprehend subjects according to company policy
  • Handle and move merchandise efficiently, including lifting up to 40 pounds
  • Climb ladders and have a flexible work schedule (including nights, weekends, and holidays)
