Opportunity Overview

As a vital member of our Data & Analytics Department, you will play a key role in shaping the future of analytics in our Digital sphere. The position of Senior Data Visualization Engineer involves designing and delivering innovative automated and self-serve analytical interfaces such as dashboards and reports. Employing a deep understanding of digital experiences, coupled with a passion for data visualization and user experience, you will enhance and streamline analytical interfaces. These improvements drive robust decision-making and offer substantial professional growth within Aritzia.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop trustworthy and high-performance solutions facilitating self-serve insights for various digital stakeholders.
• Enhance the value of new and existing analytical solutions, driving their adoption and maintaining their integrity through proactive oversight.
• Lead product management cycles to effectively plan and deliver new Data & Analytics products.
• Advocate for the Analytics Solutions function within the Digital Squad and Data & Analytics Department, providing mentorship and promoting teamwork.

• Capable of developing solutions using cloud technologies and managing large, complex data sets with interactive reporting.
• Background in digital or marketing analytics is preferred.
• Strong commitment to quality and generating results that benefit the business.

Salary & Compensation

The hiring range for this role is between $110,000 and $130,000 CAD annually, depending on experience. Aritzia provides a competitive compensation package that includes performance-based incentives, comprehensive benefits, and several growth and development opportunities.
