Role Description: Data Analysis Architect (データ分析アーキテクト)

As a Senior Level Architect within our Professional Services Delivery team, you will leverage your extensive experience in architecture and data analysis. This role focuses on end-to-end solution architecture and customer engagement.

Responsibilities include implementing Tableau solutions as an architect, providing insights from existing data as an analyst, and supporting business growth through advanced data analysis and machine learning model construction. You will also collaborate closely with customers to aid data-driven decision making and optimal Salesforce solutions. As a senior team member, you will train and mentor team members and support management when needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive business development within Professional Services for new areas.
  • Understand the functionality, benefits, and applications of Tableau products.
  • Understand customer business needs and solve problems through advanced data analysis.
  • Build, train, evaluate, and deploy machine learning models.
  • Collect, organize, and preprocess data to create high-quality datasets.
  • Create dashboards and reports for data visualization, providing insights.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions with customers to share data science knowledge.
  • Provide business insights based on data to support decision-making.
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to support project progress.
  • Ensure data quality and maintain data governance.

Required Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience as a data scientist or data analyst.
  • Deep knowledge and practical experience in data science, statistics, machine learning, and deep learning.
  • Experience using Tableau and other BI tools.
  • Experience in data engineering.
  • Ability to preprocess data for analysis (data wrangling).
  • Proficiency in SQL and DWH/data mart table design.
  • Programming skills in Python or R.
  • Experience in business development.
  • Project management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with customers.
  • Strong problem-solving and logical thinking abilities.
  • Ability to learn new technologies and tools.
  • Team collaboration skills.
  • Competence in English communication.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or Master's in Business Administration.
  • Knowledge and practical experience with Salesforce products.
  • Experience in visualizing and improving business processes.
  • Experience with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, etc.).
  • Experience managing large-scale projects.
  • Experience with agile project methodologies.
  • Knowledge and practical experience in deep learning.
  • Knowledge and practical experience in natural language processing (NLP).
