Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Analyze key business aspects to provide actionable insights, utilizing advanced analytics tools like SQL and accessing information from various data sources.
• Create compelling presentations and data visualizations that effectively communicate significant trends, relationships, and performance metrics.
• Examine guest behavior data to discern patterns, discover opportunities, and facilitate a unified understanding of interactions within our venues and destinations.
• Develop innovative metrics and analytical strategies that support both tactical and strategic business decision-making.
• Lead analytical projects from conception to execution, collaborating with internal teams to ensure strategies and solutions are effectively implemented.

Qualifications, Knowledge, & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or a related area, preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL with a solid understanding of relational databases.
• Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI, and a skilled approach to storytelling for diverse audiences.
• Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with proven ability to utilize data insights in business decisions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a global setting.
• Strong leadership qualities with a commitment to driving strategic problem solving and accountability.
