At Gartner, our Services Service Analytics & Productivity team is looking for a proactive and skilled Data Analyst with expertise in Python to join our group. Positioned at the forefront of data-driven strategies, your role will involve processing large data sets to foster new initiatives and strategies, leading to enhanced client interactions and increased retention rates. This pivotal position offers an incredible blend of automation, critical problem-solving, and stakeholder management, all geared towards delivering substantial business outcomes in terms of client retention and service team productivity.

What You Will Do

• Develop and maintain enterprise-level Business Intelligence (BI) solutions with minimal upkeep.
• Work closely with stakeholders to define automation needs and success parameters.
• Leverage advanced tools like Python, Databricks, and Power BI to create dynamic, fully automated dashboards.
• Automate key manual processes and repetitive tasks, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.
• Implement user-centric enhancements to boost the adoption and efficiency of existing BI products.
• Adhere to best practices for BI projects, including stringent adherence to timelines and quality benchmarks while handling multiple simultaneous projects.

What You Will Need

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in dashboard creation and data visualization with Power BI.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python, with a solid understanding of data visualization techniques.
• Familiarity with Data Lake technologies and Databricks.
• Capable of manipulating large data sets and maintaining detailed documentation.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and interpersonal communication skills.
