Key Responsibilities

Your role will encompass a variety of crucial tasks, including:

• Collecting, cleaning, and processing data from numerous sources to ensure data quality and integrity.
• Analyzing large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
• Developing and maintaining dashboards and reports to visualize data and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
• Utilizing statistical techniques and software tools for predictive and prescriptive analytics.
• Presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
• Continually improving processes and tools for data analysis and reporting.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in data science, statistics, computer science, economics, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• 3-5 years of proven experience as a data analyst or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in tools and languages such as SQL, Python, R, and Excel.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of statistical methods and data analysis techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly present complex information.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Additional qualifications include:

• Experience in the airline domain.
• Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and frameworks.
• Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or similar.
