Our Performance Analytics group supports the Consumer and Community Banking sector by crafting top-notch dashboards and insights, crucial for our leadership to drive the business and investment strategies effectively.

The Role

Your expertise in Data Analytics & Visualization will be pivotal. You will engage directly with business partners to capture requirements, utilize data to narrate impactful stories, and develop dashboards and reports that help steer strategic decisions. You will be involved with data primarily concerning call center and scorecard metrics, while also exploring various facets of the Consumer and Community Banking sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop analytical approaches to tackle high-level executive inquiries from conceptual stages.
• Create compelling and precise visual narratives in Tableau Desktop.
• Implement dynamic and user-friendly visualizations and dashboards.
• Work autonomously and maintain meticulous attention to detail.
• Communicate complex data in a straightforward and clear manner.
• Collaborate effectively across various teams and functions.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline with 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Tableau.
• Experience with Alteryx Designer.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead in a high-paced environment and prioritize effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Tableau Desktop Certified Associate certification.
• Alteryx Core Certification.

This is a hybrid role requiring three days in-office and two days remote work each week.
