Position Purpose and Key Responsibilities:

Under professional guidance, your main task involves performing data analytics to address complex business issues, thereby providing essential insights to decision-makers. This role encompasses both internal project support and external client consulting services. As a pivotal member of a diverse and dynamic team, you will:

• Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses to aid solution development for project teams.
• Identify trends and interpret patterns within datasets.
• Create report specifications and analyses based on business needs and data availability using IQVIA’s tools.
• Ensure data accuracy and completeness and transform data to optimize analysis.
• Conduct audits to adhere to procedural standards and resolve routine issues.

Who We Are Looking For:

Our ideal candidate will have:

• A Bachelor's Degree and 1-3 years of professional experience, preferably with pharmaceutical data.
• Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Access).
• Excellent collaboration abilities to effectively work within and across teams.
• An understanding of fundamental business processes and knowledge specific to the pharmaceutical industry.
• Excellent time management skills and a professional approach.
