Job Responsibilities

• Oversight of reporting and analytics deliverables
• Conduct daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reporting
• Engage in data analytics and solution development
• Perform advanced data mining and problem-solving
• Develop algorithms and models, explaining their implications to cross-functional teams
• Collaborate with Technology and Operations for new implementations
• Drive continuous improvement efforts and mitigate risks through effective root cause analysis
• Prepare executive-level presentations and communicate findings

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field, or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum of 5 years in business system analysis or related roles
• At least 3 years of experience with programming languages such as SQL, Python, Alteryx, or Cloud Databases (preferably Snowflake)
• Deep understanding of operational processes in the banking industry, especially in payment processing
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with BI tools like Tableau and Business Objects
• Comprehensive knowledge in database design and data warehousing principles
• Experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Proven ability to articulate business requirements and develop strong cross-functional relationships
• Effective at multitasking, proactive, and can work independently under tight deadlines
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong communication capabilities
