To be considered for this role, you must be a respected authority in the Data industry, with proven experience in successfully building, running, and scaling an analytics consulting business.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team of multi-disciplinary data practitioners, with whom you will collaborate to develop new business and deliver cutting-edge architecture, analytics, data science, and AI projects for top-tier Financial Services clients.

As a senior leader, you will help mature the management structures of existing teams that cover: Data Analytics, Data Science & Data Architecture

The role involves:

  • Working with client teams to generate a pipeline of Analytics and Architecture work
  • Creating and implementing 'go-to-market' strategies for core Data propositions
  • Acting as a subject matter expert in client-facing roles for Data and non-Data clients, for both sales campaigns and successful project delivery.
  • Acquisition and development of talent through recruitment, training, and skills analysis.
  • Active management of resource supply and demand within the department.
  • Managing the Data Lab & developing an accelerator to support sales and delivery.

You will be highly invested in the career development and mentoring/coaching of our consulting staff across the Senior Consultant – Managing Principal levels.

To support pipeline generation, you will work closely with various internal domain and account teams. You're expected to identify opportunities for Data Architecture/Analytics execution in terms of direct sale of related propositions or in the provision of technical skills to support non-data propositions.

To support the above, you will:

  • Connect with Capco domain & account teams to aid in responding to RFPs/RFIs/ad hoc requests.
  • Work closely with domain & account leadership teams to educate them on potential offerings and value-add opportunities.
  • Identify any voids in Data Capability coverage & if present, develop plans to address them.

Your delivery will be viewed as critical to the role's success, with an expectation of being billable part-time (60-80%). Billability can be spread across multiple projects, as client engagement is key to maintaining market relevance.
