At JPMorgan Chase & Co., a global leader in financial services, we are looking for a Data Analytics - Associate to enhance our Asset and Wealth Management (AWM) capabilities through expert-driven learning interventions and data analytics. Your role will be pivotal in helping our AWM sector fully harness analytics and intelligent automation by identifying and addressing specific learning needs and developing a comprehensive training roadmap.

Key Job Responsibilities

Learning Roadmap Development:

Evaluate existing materials and learning channels to construct a comprehensive training roadmap, ensuring alignment with data practices and broad adoption within AWM sectors.

Accelerate Learning Velocity:

Manage global training schedules, logistics, and foster regional learning initiatives, coordinating with regional and capability owners to drive local engagement and innovation.

Monitoring and Evaluation:

Develop tracking mechanisms for training deployment and certification levels, providing insights into the effectiveness and efficiency of our learning initiatives.

Maintenance and Adjustment:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that training content is continually updated and aligned with evolving business needs and industry standards.

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field of study.
• Minimum of 6 years’ experience applying data & analytics in operational environments.
• Proven track record of developing and delivering effective learning interventions to upscale analytics & data capabilities.
• Ability to create strategies and roadmaps across global and diverse teams.
• Strong project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines and deliver strategic change.
• Experience in building successful internal partnerships and influencing stakeholders across various levels.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced skills in Data Science, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence.
• Proficiency in Data Visualization tools like Tableau and data integration tools such as Alteryx (Alteryx Core Certification preferred).
• Strong background in SQL, Database Management, and Data Warehousing.
