Key Responsibilities

As an Associate Director within our data science consulting team, you will:

• Provide leadership and mentorship to Managers, Senior Consultants, and Consultants.
• Develop and maintain advanced BI dashboards using PowerBI and/or Tableau across various domains including workforce, finance, procurement, and more.
• Handle ETL processes utilizing open-source languages such as R, Python, or SQL to integrate data into BI dashboards.
• Deliver data-driven insights and recommendations to clients.
• Collaborate with both technical and functional teams.
• Drive business development and analytics initiatives, supporting account teams across the firm.

Required Qualifications

Eligible candidates should possess:

• US Citizenship with eligibility to obtain a security clearance.
• A bachelor's degree or higher.
• Over 8 years of experience in BI platforms development and 5+ years in analytics leadership roles.
• Extensive experience in consultancy with the Federal government.

Preferred Qualifications

• A master's degree in Analytics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Analytics, or Data Science.
• Experience in developing predictive models and using AI/ML techniques.
• Familiarity with cloud environments like AWS or Azure.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary range for this role is $144,400 to $216,600, with compensation packages that include:
