Your Mission

We are in search of a Data Analytics Business Partner to fortify our operations with data-driven insights. Reporting to the Director of Analytics, you will be integrated into the Operational Leadership team for North America, guiding the Vice President of Operations in making strategic decisions fueled by data.

Your Role

  • Provide data-driven guidance to the North American Operations leadership team on key strategic decisions.
  • Generate innovative ideas to leverage our data for operational excellence in North America.
  • Prioritize analytics ideas and questions in North America, supported by your Vice President of Operations.
  • Identify risks in data-driven approaches and offer constructive feedback.
  • Bring actionable insights from our wider Analytics team to the North American Operations leadership.
  • Promote data literacy within the North American Operational leadership team.
  • Elevate our Global Analytics specialization by sharing best practices and guiding other team members.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in an analytical role.
  • Proficiency in SQL and data manipulation for ad-hoc analysis.
  • Comfortable explaining statistical uncertainty to non-technical audiences.
  • Proven experience in stakeholder management and handling numerous requests efficiently.
  • A proactive mindset and strong team player.
  • Effective and convincing communication skills in English.
  • Based in New York or Toronto, or willing to relocate.
  • Experience in a hyper-growth startup environment is a plus.
