About the Role

The Data Analytics Developer will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining our Enterprise Analytics Platform (EAP). This position requires collaborative interactions with both IT and business teams to gather requirements, document them, and lead the design and implementation of data analytics, reporting, and integration solutions.

As a key member of the Enterprise Reporting and Integration team, you will help us architect and model analytic objects, develop solutions that respond to business needs, and engage in the development of the Data Management Organization to enhance data quality across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance data-centric solutions within the EAP to support essential business functions.
• Collaborate proactively with cross-functional teams for cohesive data integration solutions.
• Maintain flexibility to adapt to changing requirements and ensure effective communication during all project phases.
• Provide technical support for existing BI/Analytics solutions and participate in the testing and debugging during the SDLC.
• Contribute to the development and training on BI/Analytic and data management solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Computer Engineering.
• At least 5 years of IT experience with SQL scripting and application integration tools like Dell Boomi or Mulesoft.
• Proven experience in data management, data warehousing, and BI tools such as Tableau.
• Familiarity with the SAP ecosystem, Microsoft SQLServer, and Salesforce is advantageous.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
