Role Overview: Data Analytics Developer Associate or Data Analytics Developer

This pivotal role, based in Cleveland, Ohio with a hybrid work arrangement, focuses on the analysis, design, development, and support of various analytic tools. As part of our Information Technology team, you will actively participate in a scrum team to deliver innovative solutions in an Agile setup. This position allows for substantial stakeholder interaction, offering ample opportunity to enhance your consultative skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate data analytics and engineering projects.
• Develop, test, and support data pipelines, storage solutions, and visualization tools.
• Analyze business needs and implement data solutions to enhance automation and user experience.
• Provide ongoing support and technical guidance during all application lifecycle phases.
• Create and manage effective data governance practices.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and contribute to continuous process improvement.

Required Qualifications:

For the Associate level, you should hold a Bachelor’s degree with no prior work experience or an Associate’s Degree with 3+ years of professional experience. For the Developer level, a Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of related work experience or an Associate's Degree with 5+ years of professional experience is necessary. Proficiency in SQL, Python, data visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI, and familiarity with cloud data platforms enhance your candidacy.
