Key Responsibilities

Data Cleaning and Preparation

- Clean and prepare HCP call data using Python and Excel.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency for effective analysis.

Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA)

- Perform EDA to uncover patterns and insights from call data.
- Visualize data using Python libraries and Excel.

Call Plan Optimization

- Develop a basic algorithm to optimize call plans for MRs.
- Implement the optimization algorithm using Python.

Dashboard Creation

- Create interactive dashboards in Power BI to visualize optimized call plans.
- Provide stakeholders with accessible and actionable insights.

Reporting and Presentation

- Document methodology, findings, and recommendations in a comprehensive report.
- Prepare and deliver a presentation to the Digital and Technology Department on project outcomes.
