About Talent Management at Allianz Technology

Our Talent Management team plans, designs, and implements development measures and tools to promote and retain talents, establishing sustainable succession planning and development strategies globally.

Role Responsibilities:

• Design and develop new digital learning solutions and offers
• Drive and enable new Talent Management approaches through systematic data analysis
• Set up best practices for Talent Management processes and LEAN approaches
• Manage community and impulse communications for talent, leadership, and the Talent and Culture Community
• Oversee project management for dedicated Talent Management Projects
• Support the Talent Management PMO with organization, stakeholder correspondence, report creation, and evaluations

Required Skills:

• Experience and interest in data analytics
• Passion for developing and adapting digital tools
• Enrollment in digital marketing/technology, business analytics, data science, business informatics, economics, or related fields
• Self-driven work style and excellent communication skills
• Proactive and creative approach to new topics
• Fluent English skills in speaking and writing
• High customer orientation and a pragmatic approach
• Solution-focused and agile mindset
• Experience in agile methodologies is a plus

You can start immediately and are interested in an internship for 6 months (full-time, 38h/week) or a working student position (part-time, 16-20 h/week).
