About the Job

The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a hands-on Data Analytics Manager to analyze, interpret, and document business processes, products, services, and technology. This individual contributor role involves collaboration with data product teams to design, build, and implement data and analytics products and solutions for various stakeholders. The position requires coordination with cross-functional teams across product, technology, and subject-matter experts to deliver projects effectively.

Key Responsibilities

As a Data Analytics Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Analyzing business analytical requirements through client information-gathering sessions and prioritizing these requirements to understand business needs.
  • Developing data analytics products such as new data ingestion, data processing ETL, data enhancements, master data, data integration, data visualization, and advanced analytics models.
  • Connecting business processes to data product functionality, ensuring reuse, integration, maintainability, and efficiency.
  • Creating logical data models based on business requirements to assess the completeness and quality of information and process components.
  • Engaging with Data Product Owners to define required data quality controls and DevOps processes for data products, and implementing them for data and analytics solutions.

Qualifications & Requirements

To be successful in this role, applicants should possess:

  • 3+ years of hands-on development and management of data products from ingestion to operations.
  • Demonstrated experience using Power BI or other visualization tools, Python/PySpark, and relational SQL databases.
  • Solid knowledge of descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analytics, and ability to propose data models, visualizations, statistical models, and E2E designs based on CRISP-DM methodology.
  • Experience in developing data models and ETL processes to extract, transform, and make data available for products, using User Experience methodologies.
  • Proficiency with Azure platform, especially in Data Services such as CosmosDB, DynamoDB, Databricks, Glue, DataLake, and Redshift.
  • Experience with Agile/DevOps project methodology.
  • Ability to develop business acumen quickly, understanding key business KPIs and the necessary data for them.
  • Strong personal leadership, team influence, and soft skills for change management and stakeholder communication, including data storytelling.
