Key Responsibilities

• Support Program Management and Data Management with technical and programmatic reviews of all requirements and data products.
• Recommend strategies for product support and sustainment over time, and assess the impacts on current supply chain data governance.
• Determine technical specifications and distribute requirements into workflow areas, while maintaining communication with leadership.
• Manage and sustain a portfolio of products including data research, analysis, metrics, workflows, and architecture.
• Serve as the SCO technical and sustainment manager for AMC Predictive Analytics Suite (APAS) and Vantage data platform.
• Analyze and map evolving data requirements within APAS, Vantage, Advance Analytics (ADVANA), and Strategic Support Area Business Reporting Environment (SABRE).
• Develop data products using Palantir Foundry, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Create Power BI datasets and tailored reports to aid enterprise leadership decision-making.

Qualifications

Experience:

• Over three years of experience integrating Army maintenance, logistics, financial, or contracting data into data-driven decision-making applications using an Army or DoD cloud big data analytics environment (e.g., Army Vantage, AMC Predictive Analytics Suite, Advana).
• At least ten years of experience developing production data-driven applications, incorporating data pipelines that transform raw data into actionable insights via data tools and visualizations.

Education:

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Modeling and Simulation, Data Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field focused on computational data analytics.

Skills:

• Proficiency in data engineering programming within an Apache Spark environment using Spark SQL or PySpark.
• Expertise in data visualization application development using Power BI, Palantir Workshop, or Tableau.
